From May 1 – October 31 there is a two-night weekend minimum stay (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). One-night stays can be accommodated for an additional $30 fee.

A reservation made in advance of three months requires a 50% non-refundable security deposit, which will be applied to your total bill. If you cancel your reservation, this deposit will not be returned. We do like to work with our guests and the deposit may be used toward another reservation within the same year depending on cancellation timing and reasoning.

All reservations are charged a deposit of half which is refundable up to 30 days before the date of arrival. After 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable (other than special circumstances which can be discussed with management). The full reservation amount is charged after 48 hours.

Without requested cancellation notification, your credit card will be charged for your stay unless you call to cancel your visit.
