Prepared Daily, With Care

Each morning we prepare breakfast for our guests using locally sourced ingredients — local produce, farm eggs, and whatever is at its best that time of year. Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room, or on the stone patio when the weather is right.

If you have any dietary restrictions, we can attempt to accommodate. Just let us know when you book or when you arrive, and if we have the ingredients on hand we will do our best.

A Typical Daily Breakfast — What to Expect

This is not a menu. We do not take requests — we work with what we have sourced locally. Nothing is made to order.

  • Fresh Waffles — golden and crisp, served with seasonal fruit and syrup
  • Eggs — prepared simply and served alongside the morning's other dishes
  • Pancakes — fluffy stacks with butter and warm maple syrup
  • French Toast — thick-cut, lightly spiced, and pan-toasted golden
