Sharon & Sandy Stone
Innkeepers Sharon and Sandy are sisters and Montrose natives who live on-site and will gladly show you around the Inn, while sharing the history and special features of this historic home.
Sandy enjoys preparing delicious breakfasts and baked goods for her guests using organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Their favorite part of innkeeping is getting to know the guests and making them feel at home.
Owners Robert Wert and family are pleased to welcome back long-time guests as well as those coming to the inn for the first time, and hope that you will enjoy all of the beautiful updates and amenities that have been added in recent years.

The Rosemont Inn Bed & Breakfast is a lovingly renovated circa 1859 home located in Montrose, Pennsylvania, one block above the Village Green. You will be delighted with its gracious setting, rambling gardens, lovely porches, welcoming interior, and friendly staff.
Enjoy our extensive collection of local and regional art, as well as the wide array of books offered in our library. The Inn has always been a refreshing retreat and home away from home for many guests — it is even thought to have been a refuge on the Underground Railroad.
Whether you are in town to visit family, here on business, or just looking for a quiet place to get away and enjoy the scenic beauty of lakes, rivers, and peaks of the Endless Mountains region, The Rosemont Inn provides a perfect hideaway. Relax on one of the many porches during the warmer months or cuddle up near one of our three fireplaces during the winter months.
Within walking distance to restaurants, the courthouse, art galleries, churches, and parks, the inn is conveniently located near the center of town on beautiful Lake Avenue.
