1. RELEASE, WAIVER, HOLD HARMLESS, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE AGREEMENT
In consideration for receiving permission to BE ON PREMISES at THE ROSEMONT INN (hereinafter "Rosemont"), I, as GUEST hereinafter referred to as “I” or ”myself” hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
A. I understand the hazards of the novel coronavirus ("COVID-19") and am familiar with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC") guidelines regarding COVID-19. I acknowledge and understand that the circumstances regarding COVID-19 are changing from day to day and that, accordingly, the CDC guidelines are regularly modified and updated and I accept full responsibility for familiarizing myself with the most recent updates. Notwithstanding the risks associated with COVID-19, which I readily acknowledge, I hereby willingly choose to be on the property of and stay at the Rosemont.
B. I acknowledge and fully assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to me including, but not limited to, damage to my property, personal injury, disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur related to COVID-19 arising from me being on the premises and staying and eating at the Rosemont and participating in any Activities and hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE (on behalf of myself or others) The Rosemont Inn Bed and Breakfast, Inc., its Owner, Inn Keeper, Employees, Agents, Contractors, Sub Contractors, their families, heirs, successors, assigns and insurers (collectively the "RELEASES") from any liability, claims, or suits related to COVID-19 which might occur as a result of me being on the premises and participating in, staying at, eating at, or any Activities at the ROSEMONT and includes any claim based on the actions, in action, omissions and negligence of the RELEASES.
C. I shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the RELEASED from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, judgments, losses or expenses of any nature whatsoever related to me or my family members, guests, companions, invitees, agents, contractors, or subcontractors, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, claims, or suits, injuries, medical treatment, medicines, and disbursements, whether or not an action is brought, on appeal or otherwise), arising from or out of or relating to, directly or indirectly, the infection of COVID-19 or any other illness, accident, occurrence or injury.
D. It is my express intent that this Release, Waiver, Hold Harmless, Discharge, indemnity, Covenant Not To Sue, Agreement (this "Agreement") shall include my heirs, personal representatives, agents, successors and ¬¬¬-assigns, and shall be deemed as a Complete Release, Waiver, Hold Harmless, indemnity, Discharge, Covenant Not To Sue to the above-named RELEASES. This Agreement and the provisions contained herein shall be construed, interpreted and controlled according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without applying any conflict of laws principles of such Commonwealth. I HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OF ANY DISPUTE ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS WAIVER WAS EXPRESSLY NEGOTIATED AND IS A MATERIAL INDUCEMENT TO THE PERMISSION GRANTED BY RELEASES FOR ME, MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, AGENTS, COMPANIONS, GUESTS AND INVITEES TO STAY, BE ON PREMISES AND PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITIES.
A facsimile transmission of this Agreement shall be as valid as if the original; and, if applicable, the undersigned hereby stipulate that each signature hereon shall be deemed to be an "electronic signature" within the meaning of the Uniformed Electronic Signature Act, O.C.G.A $ l0-12-1, et.seq.

E. In the event that Guest or any of their family, companions or invitees become ill while at Rosemont and is quarantined and required to remain at the Rosemont GUEST agrees to pay for such continued stay at Rosemont for the entire period of the quarantined stay and any extensions thereof at the same rate that GUEST has paid under this agreement for the initial period of stay at Rosemont. During any period of extended quarantine or other stay at Rosemont GUEST agrees to pay for any additional services or expenses incurred by GUEST, its family, companions or invitees.
2. THE ROSEMONT INN, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS can NOT provide or allow:
• Provide service at the table at any time
• NO hot beverage deliveries to guest rooms
• NO beverages available for self-service in common areas
• Provide in-room housekeeping services during a guest stay (additional supplies available as requested)
• Provide common area beverage services
• Allow employees to come to work if they are sick and/or have had direct contact with those who are
• Stay open if we are directed by appropriate authority to close
• Allow guest room or services to anyone who appears to be sick
• Current regulations REQUIRE us to take each guest’s temperature prior to allowing guests or anyone to enter The Rosemont Inn buildings if they appear sick or feverish.
• Guarantee a totally Corona Virus-free environment – everyone who comes on-site does so at their own risk.
